Hotel bundle: you'll receive an email with a URL to book your room for the dates you wish. Incidentals and extra nights will be charged to your card; MMS pays the room and tax for Sun-Thu nights.

Registration: If you are ordering for others, you will need to the tickets after purchasing them.

Cancellation: Allowed up to 60 days before event (March 4) with a $100 fee charge for credit card processing. You must remember to cancel your hotel reservation if you cancel the event, as we cannot cancel it for you.
