About me
I’m Justin Rose, a Senior IT Support Engineer at PSC Group, supporting our railcar repair division where technology, mobility, and operational uptime all intersect. My work centers on mobile application support across the full development and implementation lifecycle, ensuring tools in the field actually work the way they’re intended to.
A major focus of my role is Intune-based mobile device management and asset management, where user experience and cybersecurity have to coexist. I specialize in designing and supporting solutions that keep frontline teams productive without compromising company data or security posture.
I’m particularly passionate about MDM and mobile cybersecurity, areas that are often underestimated in industrial and field-driven environments. Unattended or poorly managed mobile devices are one of the easiest ways for company data to be compromised, and I work to close that gap through thoughtful policy, strong device governance, and user-friendly security practices.
